Our professionally trained home healthcare providers each have clearly identified responsibilities and qualifications that must be met to best serve your home care needs. A thorough background check, including criminal history, is completed on all staff members prior to being hired.
Professionals
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Case management coordination of care and supervision of services
- Develops care plan collaboratively with you and your physician
- Provides symptom management
- Establishes a comprehensive program to teach self-care maintenance
- Provides frontline support to the client and family
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provides care requiring the skills of a nurse, as directed by the RN
- Provides front line support to the client and family
